Add all elements for an employee using bulk upload ?

Summary:

Hi Geeks,

In a payroll report there are around 200+ elements, but in general an employee gets tagged to a max of 15 elements , now i need to check if all the values are getting populated on the report by adding some default values to all the balance elements which are not added to that employee.

Is there any HDL or HSDL way of bulk uploading all the elements to a single employee? I f so please advice
