Making sexual orientation and gender identity available to pending workers pre hire

Summary:

We need pending workers to be able to edit/provide sexual orientation and gender identity as a task in the pre hire onboarding journey

Content (required):

I have managed to make religion and ethnicity editable via the Personal information task and by adding duty roles to our customer pending worker role however I am unable to identify the roles or privileges that drive the sexual orientation and gender identity fields.

Has anyone else in the UK managed to to do this in their pre hire onboarding?
