Deleted Record still showing in workspace

we notice that some deleted records is still showing in workspace list, just wondering aside from doing full publish, is there away to remove the deleted record(s) in the workspace list?

is there any scheduled jobs that we need to schedule to facilitate this task?

we have the following scheduled jobs

Index Active Meta Model Version- Hourly

Maintain Meta Model and Index- Daily

Reflect Hierarchy Change - Weekly
