Print Receivables-Invoice delivery email address is inactive/disabled and read receipt functionality

In our current project, we are printing the invoices and email bursting it by running the seeded Print Receivables Transactions program. We however have a custom email bursting logic wherein the invoice delivery email address is derived from the Invoice Header Level Attribute and not from the Customer Contact at Account or Site level.

We have two business cases wherein if the invoice delivery email address is inactive/disabled, the Print Receivables Transactions is still getting executed successfully. The other scenario is we have no visibility/read receipt functionality for successful email delivery of invoices.

In both the cases customers refuse to pay the invoices by stating they never received the invoices.
