CE_PAYMENT_DOCUMENTS (Bank Account Payment Document) DFF

Summary:

When querying I see that there are ATTRIBUTE fields on the CE_PAYMENT_DOCUMENTS table. I also see plenty of documentation from EBS stating that this DFF exists, however I can't seem to find this DFF setup in Manage Descriptive Flexfields. Is this DFF under a different name in Cloud ERP than in EBS?
