Load and Index Job Requisition process is retrying

Summary:

Hello,

On a new instance we had to run the scheduled process for the first time, we started with Load workers into the candidate table, which has succeeded. Later we tried Load and Index TCA Geographies, and Load and Index Job Requisitions, both of them are retrying and not changing to running. Looking forward for some inputs on this.
