Has anyone built a report that lists all possible drop down menu option for HCM fields?

Afternoon all,
I was wondering if anyone has built a report that shows all configured data items for OOTB fields and DFF.
We want to do an audit of all configured data items we configured in the system, as we have been live for 2 1/2 years and things may need to be updated, or new items added. So for example, we have a lot of drop-down menu types in various employee screens, as well as built in to the JOB and Department screens - I just need to know if there is an easy way to obtain what drop-down options are in all fields, rather than manually go through each field and search.
