GDPR | Right to Erasure

Summary:

We have received some questions from the customer to check Oracle Cloud HCM's compliance with GDPR, especially with the 'Right to Erasure' policy

Content (required):

1.     Erasure Request: How can Employees or Candidates submit erasure requests directly to the organization via Oracle Cloud HCM? How can this be audited?

2.     Data Retention Policies: How Data Retention Policies can be configured that can be set to automatically delete personal data after a specified period?

For example, an organization wants to retain the Personal Information of its terminated employees for six years, and after that, it should be automatically deleted. How can this be configured in Oracle Cloud HCM? If not, is there any future roadmap available to incorporate this?

Howdy, Stranger!
