To retrieve a value from Supplier Profile DFF to the PO Header DFF using a query

We will like to retrieve a value from the Supplier Profile level DFF to the PO Header DFF, when a PO is created using the supplier.

In our current project we are storing the Vendor Status in the Vendor Header Level DFF. Now the requirement is to reject the PO created using a Vendor which is in a certain status. For this we have created a DFF at the PO Header Level. The Idea is to pull the value of the status of the Vendor stored in the Vendor Header Level DFF to the PO Header level DFF. When this PO is submitted for approval, it will be rejected in the approval(based on our approval rule configuration). Right now we are not able to get the
