As a Payroll admin, we are not able to view payslip for only one employee. Navigation: My Client Groups > Person Management > Actions > Payroll > View Payslip.

This issue is only for the latest pay period of the employee. We are able to view previous pay periods of the same employee.

Also, we are able to view the payslip for the employee for all the pay period in navigation: My Client Groups > Payroll > Payslips.

Note: Payslip delivery preference is also set as online.
