Benefit Enrollment Start Date/End Dates for Dependents
Summary
Dependents age out but life event is end dating all dependents not just the age out.Content
In trying to get our extract to pull the terminated coverages to send to our provider, we are running into an issue with the end dates of dependent coverages for medical/vision/dental. We have tried different options for the dates, but no matter what we use when we process a life event to remove one dependent then all the dependents are end dated and the ones that continue get a new start date. The below shows that we removed Siara from vision coverage, but the other dependents were updated as well.
