Summary:

Hey all I have configured multiple Nudges for Journeys in multiple instances and no matter what, the notifications aren't getting sent out. I even did it on the criteria of an entire Journey Template not being complete (and in a testing instance there are a ton of those), and set notifications to myself in BPM, and still no notification is going through (yes I am scheduling the Process HCM Nudges each time too).


Can anyone on Oracle advise - is there something missing in documentation? Setup is pretty straightforward so not sure why they won't go out.


Would love to use this feature for my client. Thanks!
