Intervening life events changing coverage start date
Summary: We are converting enrollments into environment with a future coverage start date. When a life event is processed on the employees record on a date that is before the coverage start date of the converted benefits, it changes the coverage start date to whatever the setting is on that life event that was processed. We need the coverage start date to retain until the Original Enrollment Date. Currently, after processing the intervening life event, the Original Enrollment Date is after the Coverage Start Date on the benefit, which makes no sense and will likely error when being sent to the carrier.
