Watermark on a NR report?

Is there a way to add a watermark to an NR report?

Content (required):

Customer would like to have a "draft" watermark placed on their financial statements from NR. I don't know of an out-of-the-box method, but curious if anyone has accomplished this through a workaround of some sort?
