How to build Instructor Led Offerings URGENT!

Summary:

I have an Instructor that needs to offer 16 classes over the course of 5 days. All classes are exactly the same. The learner needs the ability to choose which date and time works for their schedule. I have assigned the Course to myself and it's telling me there are no active offerings available. I have made the publish date of both the Course and ALL the offerings withing the Course 5/19 (today). What am I doing wrong.
