Can we include secton for attachment under Move Actions in Candidate Job Application

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need to have a section for attachment , when moving candidate from interview phase to another state within the interview phase.  is it possible to have a attachment section within the move to action wizard when moving candidate from one phase/state to another phase/state?

We have a requirement where we need to have a section for attachment , when moving candidate from interview phase to another state within the interview phase. 

I checked and could not find anything possible from config, page personalization or design studio. 

kindly help if there is any possibility?
