HCM Alert ORA_CHK_TASK_REMINDER email not working

Hello,

I followed the document below to add a reminder for one of my journey's tasks.

I used the communication method email.

Mail: ${RecipientHomeEmail}

However, I am not receiving the email when there is an email set up in the security console of the performer of the task.

The worklist communication method is working well. The email is not.
