Requisition creator NOT added to the Hiring Team as Collaborator

Hi community,

When I create a requisition, I insert someone as Hiring Manager and another person as Recruiter, the system automatically add me as a Collaborator. I don't want the Requisition Creator is added as Collaborator automatically by the system.

Do you have any suggestion?
