Add related items in SO based on customer ship to Site.

Summary:

When a item is added in the sales order based on the ship to we should add another item and quantity.

Content (required):

Scenario illustrating as below:

If a mobile is bought by customer, then a mobile charger should automatically add in the box. But as per the ship to address of the customer, the type of the charger is different. So, as per ship to location the type of the charger should get added once mobile is added to the kart.

How to execute this scenario?
