Absence accrual based on Employee Anniversary
Summary:
Anniversary Plan after Employee Completes 1 year with the company gets 16 hours leaves.
Content (required):
When an employee has completed 1 year with the company he gets 16 hours accrual in his absence same applies when he completes 2 years with the company.
When he completes 3 years with the company he gets 16 hours in the beginning of the year and another 8 hours at the end of the year.
Anniversary Plan is created with 'Type' ='Anniversary Year'
