23B- HDL - Is it possible to update Workplace Code if requisition is not in Draft Phase?

Summary: Attempted to update Workplace code to the requisition which are Posted and getting error. - "An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: The job requisition Test_**** (120XXX) cant be updated in its current state. (IRC-1590134)." Tried with requisitions in Draft phase and it was successful.

Went through the below doc which explains what fields are editable when not in draft phase:Fusion HDL Error for JobRequisition.dat: "The job requisition {Requisition_Name} (Requisition_Number) Cant Be Updated In Its Current State. (IRC-1590134)" (Doc ID 2855591.1)
