Can we unassign a BSV from an a Legal entity having transactions and assign to a new legal entity

Summary:

There are two legal entities which are assigned to a Ledger. Two BSV's are assigned to these legal entities.

The Ledger is having the transactions posted with respect to these two legal entities.

The requirement is from the above legal entities we want to obsolete one legal entity and unassign it from the Ledger.

We want to create a new Legal entity and a new ledger and assign it to the new ledger.

Can we end date the BSV which is assigned to the obsolete legal entity and assign to the new legal entity.
