Employees in our organisation have a flexible hybrid working model. We have started analysis on a custom solution for employees to record working from home/office/other location etc in time cards and reporting on this data to assess policy adherence. I've noticed other users mentioning this topic with varied requirements. Is Oracle is planning to deliver OOB HCM functionality for this common requirement to capture and report on hybrid working arrangements?
