Adjustment Basis are blank

Summary: Adjustment Basis are blank

We had created few adjustment lines in our standard coverage template. While setting up, we were able to see values in "Adjustment Basis" and we created all these rows with "List Price". Now for all the rows, adjustment basis has become blank. And we are not able to see any values in the dropdown.

Please suggest whether is there any mapping we should be checking or any debugging options would help us.

P.S - the lookup ORA_OSS_PRICE_ADJUSTMENT_BASIS still holds the values List price and Net price.
