How to change or remove the warning message that appears after an incomplete evaluation?

Content (required):

During a performance evaluation, a person has the chance to not fill all the fields, and when this happens, a warning message shows up. What we would like to do for our client is to change the message that shows up, or, at least, don't let the warning appear. How can we do this?
