Payroll Payslip need to be changed to display 4 digits after Decimal

Currently, the Payslip is displaying only 2 digits after the decimal for Payroll Salaried Elements even though the payroll calculation is based a rate that is more than 2 digits after the decimal. The Payroll Payslip should display more than 2 digits after the decimal to be consistent with the Payroll Calculation Rate. How do I change the Payslip to display 4 digits after the decimal?
