How do other TEE customers support candidates while applyingContent
We have been live with TEE for about 4 months. Since then, our recruiting team is receiving calls from candidates who "can't apply" or get stuck during the application process. We highly suspect that these issues are due to candidate error (not completing required fields or reading the associated error messages).
One of the delivered OBIEE dashboards shows # submission/# submission completed and we can see that we have 85%-90% submission completion. So we know that many candidates are able to successfully apply.
1. What are other customers experiencing for submission completion percentage? I feel that our 85-90% is high, but am curious what other customers experience.
