Tracing payment remittance advice email.
One of our supplier has reported, that they are not received there payment remittance advice from last couple of months. There are no changes done to the Oracle system in recent time. I am trying to check how I can confirm/track from Oracle side if the payment remittance advice email was sent from oracle side, so that i can request supplier to check from their side.
I am also seeing a similar SR reported in Oracle support, but my question is more about how to track from Oracle side if the email was sent out.
