Does the security role of super user for succession plan already exist ?

Summary:

Oracle has recently created super user for talent pool who can see all talent pool created in the tool. We would like to know if this security role also exist for succession to enable our Talent manager at the global level to have the visibility on all succession plan without having to be set as the owner of each succession plan created?
