Manage Journals - Fix Display Columns, Column Width and Order in the UI for all / specific users

Ability to manage views (select columns, order and size) for all users.

Content (required):

In EBS, users maintain folders (Enter Journals form) specific to their department by displaying only relevant fields, fixing the order and size of the fields. They assign this folder to all users within their department which helps in maintain uniform training material.

Currently, I see individual users can select columns, order and resize and it gets saved as the preference.

Is there a similar functionality in Fusion Cloud where you can create views and assign to a role? Or is it possible to define a view and assign to all users?
