Summary:

Wanted to delete a questionnaire category that was accidentally created outside the Questionnaire library section and is not used.

Content (required):

How can we delete a questionnaire category that was outside the Questionnaire library section and is not used? We have labeled it do not use, however would like to remove it to keep our production environment clean. The delete option is visible but not active. Is there a way to delete it?
