AddThis / Share through Social Media being flaky and going away with 23B

Have you had issues with the Share Jobs through Social Media on the Sourcing page and the Share on the External Job postings? Every day this week it has gone down and randomly come back up a few hours later, happened the day before our upgrade and after the upgrade to 23A so version doesn't have an impact. I opened a ticket with Oracle and since it is a third party 'AddThis' product they can't help or answer anything. I contacted 'AddThis' from their generic help email I found on their website and no response. I
