How to invoke a BIP report with parameters from Oracle cloud ERP

Can we invoke a custom BIP report with parameters from the items application page.

We want to call the report in the same way as how the Generate item structure report is being called but we have Item number and Organization ID as parameters for our report which needs to be passed.
