How can I restrict the organization dropdown values while create a Requisition?

It is a client issue on Production and test instance.

As shown below screenshot, all the Organizations LOVs are coming repeatly under the Organization field. Can we restrict it.

For example: If we see the 1st value (INSPIRA INFOTECH AFRICA LIMITED) is coming 2 times here. But i need only 1 time to display.

How can I do this?
