While working on a KPI / dashboard in General Ledger, business is trying to identify the number of late adjustments

Definition of Late Adjustments - As per current understanding when a GL period is closed and then reopened for making adjustments qualify to be called as Late Adjustments

How to identify this version control in the table: GL_PERIOD_STATUSES that a particular period has been closed and then reopened
