Requisition Approval Status not Refreshed automaticcaly

Self-service Procurement / Create Requisition :

After submitting a requisition, we notice that the page is not automatically refreshed with the new approval status (in our case for testing, our approval flow is auto-approved), we must leave the page and come back to see the new requisition status!

Please, someone could give me any tips/ideas on how to bypass or fix this?
