Is there a way automatically change a strategy in Oracle Fusion

Summary:

Our business implemented Advanced Collections with quite a complex scoring and strategy tasks. They now want to simplify the scoring and strategies. Realistically this will lead to new strategies being created. They have thousands of customers that have a strategy assigned. Is there a way to automate the reassignment of the new strategy to these customers. I'm thinking we assign a new profile class to all the customers and create a strategy based on that profile class. Will the system be able to handled this or do we an API or something to change the strategy as once off ?
