Maintain salary details for employees in legislations for which payroll is not supported
Summary:
We have some employees who are in Brunei legislation. However since Brunei payroll is not supported by Oracle HCM cloud, so we are not being able to create an element for Brunei legislation and hence not being able to create a salary basis. How can we maintain salary details for such employees.

In the absence of payroll support for Brunei legislation, no element can be created. Without an element, no salary basis can be created. Without Salary Basis, no salary details can be maintained in Oracle HCM cloud
