Primary Location LOV on requisition page is not displaying all the values

Primary location LOV on the requisition structure section is not displaying all the avilable values that we have defined in the geography hierarchy. But when I start typing the city name in the field for a value that is not being displayed in the list does come up. Do we have any configuration to display all the values ?

If you see the screen print geography hierarchy has states NC, NJ, NY etc. Anything below state MO are not showing on the list displayed on primary location Lov. But when I start typing city name value shows up.

I did run the "Load and Index TCA Geographies" scheduled process had no luck.
