Remove access to Manage Grades and Manage Grade Rates in Compensation Role

How to remove access to Manage Grades and Manage Grade Rates in Compensation tab?

Hi all,

I'm editing the HR Compensation Role in order to remove the access to Manage Grades and Manage Grade Rates in the Compensation tab but cannot find the proper Role Hierarchy, Data and/or Function Security Policies to delate.

Does anybody knows what to look for?
