Referral Process

Summary: We are having an issue with the Process within Oracle Cloud regarding referrals.

Has anyone created a process on how to keep track of referrals? Our issue is internals may refer a team member or external candidate for a requisition however if the candidate is not hired on that specific req we are not aware of the referral.. As a Healthsystem we are really trying to build a strong Referral program but we first have to figure out a way to automate it so it is not so manual. Has anyone been successful?
