How to default Cash account from 'Business Unit Access' for external transactions in Cash Management

Summary: Currently we can see that cash account for external transactions are derived from General tab. We would like to know what is the option to default Cash Account from 'Business Unit Access' instead General tab from Manage Bank Accounts.
