Employees Missing from Manager Worksheets

As we begin the eligibility testing for our annual compensation cycles, we notice that some employees are falling off of aggregate manager reports. We have narrowed it down to the President of one of our operating units. There are folks in his hierarchy who do not show up in the download, whereas others do. These missing folks show up in the hierarchy of the lower level managers. The hierarchy is President, Sr. Vice President, Director, Manager. The missing employees show up in the Manager, Director and Sr. VP level, but not in the President level. There are only about 2,000 folks
