Send Email Notification to technician when Activity is Assigned to the resource from bucket

Summary:

We have a requirement to send Email Notification to the technician when Activity is assigned from a bucket and when Activity is moved from one resource to another. We have configured the Message Scenario as follows:

Launch Condition: Activity is created

The other Message Scenario steps are attached in the screenshot.

Currently for the above configured Message Scenario, the Email notifications are triggered for the following cases:

1. When Activity is assigned to Tech

2. When Activity is assigned from one tech to another

3. When activity is moved to non-scheduled bucket

4. When activity is started from non-scheduled bucket

5. When activity is rescheduled to another day
