Is it possible to hide supervisor evaluation only for employee in skills and qualifications page?

Hide supervisor evaluation only for employee in skills and qualifications page

Hi,

a customer ask if it possible to hide the supervisor evaluation only for employee. In details, from me --> career and performance --> Skills and qualifications, the employee can see the skills/competencies but cannot see the evalution.

Instead the manager (from my team --> skills and qualifications) and hr figures (from my client groups --> skills and qualifications) can see both skills/competencies and evaluation.

Is the business requirement feasible?

I already tried to use the EL based on role (securityContext.userInRole), but this does not work.
