CSP without offer phase but with HR phase

Hi community,

We don't know how we could manage a particular client requirement related to offer creation and 'Move to HR' action.

In particular a client of ours creates specific Jobs for Internships, he doesn't want to create the Offer in the system for people who apply to these Jobs, however he wants to covert these applicants to the HR phase.

To manage this necessity, we tried to create a specific pipeline CSP (that doesn't have the offer phase) and associate it to pipeline Jobs dedicated to Internships. However by doing that, when the applicants are moved till the last phase and state of this pipeline CSP, there is not the option to move them to the HR phase.
