how to implement visibility of original source of candidate?

Summary:

There is a situation when a candidate is added to a requisition by a source like agency , internal referral , career sites and then that same candidate is added to another job requisition, the original source is not displayed against that candidate instead the sources is displayed as "candidate added to job requisition"

However in the above case scenario, business wants to track the original source of the candidate in the system, if a same candidate is added to another job requisition.
