Employees allotted ESOP

Employee leaves Org before completing term of ESOP. (Emp eligible only if he continues 5 years, if he leaves, ESOP withdrawn).

Employee SOP should be reversed if he leaves before term.

Pls suggest best way to account in AP or GL Modules. Best practise.
