Newly created category is not displaying any milestones after raising Service Request in HRHelp Desk

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to create new categories in the HR Help Desk. We have created the same called Minor Injury category and it is reflected while creating a Service Request.

But the problem over is Milestones are not showing for all those newly created categories.

Attached screenshots of the same please find and help on this issue.
