Advise request on new element input value

A new element input value is needed to be used with MSS

Hi! I have a request to add a new input value on the elements to be used with an individual compensation plan.

Overall, the managers are going to get their approvals outside the system, so they will use it only for the entry of the amount. HR would like a tick box to be added so that managers acknowledge the approval has been received prior to data entry. There will be an attachment included in the MSS transaction, but for various reasons, we will not make it mandatory.
